Don't Let Our World

Go to Waste

Plastic is an ever-accumulating problem. Nearly everything we use is protected by a shell of this stubbornly durable substance… A substance destined to be used once, yet designed to last forever.

World Wild Life (WWF) International took the matter into their own hands by creating a petition which called for governments and world leaders to arrive at a legally binding agreement to halt the entry of plastics into the ocean by 2030 through a global plastics treaty.

I was responsible for the art direction, designs and executions of the campaign to inspire the public to sign the petition. The goal of gathering 10,000 signatures was far surpassed, with more than 44,000 collected.

No Holiday for Nature

As a continuation of the social-based plastic campaign, we aimed to remind consumers of the environmental consequences of the holidays and the importance of reusing decorations and being mindful of the often harmful materials used in the little things.

Sadly many of these disposable festive objects negatively affect nature by ultimately turning into microplastics in the ocean, which was expressed through captivating minimalistic photo-based visuals to quickly get a clear impactful message across to social scollers.
